The technology and painting line allow us to pay attention to every detail of each stage:
- prevent oxidation at the stage of raw material storage
- eliminate oxidation in full by acid treatment
- washing and drying ensure the profile is clean before being fed to the coating stage
- differently charged profile and paint ensure uniform application both over the area of the part and over the layer thickness
- baking modes, packaging system and careful handling are the final stage of our work
